The idea of a creature that turns you to stone if you look at it, or probably eats you if you can't see where it is, is a really creepy concept to me. I wonder if being turned to stone by a cockatrice has similar effects to being turned to stone by the elements of harmony. Was Twilight aware of her surroundings while she was entombed?
