I've been sitting on these lyrics since the day after "Magic Duel" aired. This was supposed to be a follow up to 'Who's Babs', but well... you know how things go...

This is also an homage to one of my favorite rappers Tupac Amaru Shakur and his intense song 'Hail Mary'. I wanted to capture his essence by making that first verse a direct emulation of his verse.

As far as the concept was concerned I already imagined a lot of Twilight vs Trixie style songs were going to be released, and I wanted to come from another angle. I imagined that the seductive powers of the Alicorn Amulet 'spoke' to Trixie beyond the mumblings of the shop owner. Any dark magic Unicorn hoping to mimic the power of an Alicorn must've sealed powerful energy in there, enough to feed off the user and somehow get it into their mind that they NEEDED the amulet.
