I'm just gonna come out and say it. This is a VERY personal song for me. I remember watching the most recent episode this past weekend and just feeling like someone punched me in the gut when Moon Dancer just tore into Twilight at the party. In that moment, I saw SO MUCH of my own experiences and SO MUCH of myself in Moon Dancer. I know exactly what she went through.

Twice before, I've been abandoned by people that I'd considered close friends. Twice before, I've had friends stop talking to me, or just leave me without ever saying goodbye, or letting me know how they were doing. And as much as I can't help but feel mad at them about doing what they did, all I really want is my friends back. I saw that, and everything I've gone through in Moon Dancer when watching the episode.

I've been wanting to write this song for a couple months now, but I've never been able to find the right sound or the right words, but after, essentially, seeing my own life reflected on the screen infront of me through someone else, the words and the notes just came so easily. Within a couple of days, the whole song was written.

I don't know if this song will touch anyone, or if it will crash and burn, but because this is such a personal song for me, I wanted to make sure the feelings I had came through in this song.

The cover art was made by a friend of mine that goes by the name Shad0wMeister. He likes to photoshop images together to make funnies, so when I needed help with the cover art for this, I was glad that he offered!
