Wow, over 200 of you? Where did you guys come from? Thank you so much for the subs and listening to the music! You guys rock, woo hoo!

Having a short break from school, I decided to go back to straight acoustic guitar. More specifically, fingerstyle. I seem to have gone for a real Andy McKee vibe with this one.

A little more sad in tone than my usual stuff as of late, this song ended up being pretty personal. I debated posting it, even. I think it is my favorite piece I've ever written. There's a reason Fluttershy is my favorite pony, because I feel I identify most with her. We all have things we're scared to do for fear of failure, rejection, etc. I constantly have self doubts in my animation, music, art, and many other things. But eventually, you realize that nothing will ever happen unless you're brave enough to try and to take that leap. Sometimes you make it, sometimes you fall. But when you do fall, your friends are there to catch you.

I quit a very well paying job to pursue a career in animation by studying and going to school full time, moving back in with my extremely supportive parents and living the broke student life again. I do not regret this decision, for I've never been happier than I am right now.

I think we all took a leap with giving this wonderful cartoon and community a chance, some more than others. And look how amazing that turned out :)
