A celestial mane and a dark aura flow in the gentle breeze of the ancient ruins, each of heads with eyes whose lethal stare could pierce through diamond.
There is a deep silence in which memories of a harmonious time flash before the two beings...
One now stands shining as a radiant star, the adversary of the darkest of nightmares, the most wicked of creatures.
They are as Day and Night.

This took me (you guessed it) a week to compose, but I'm glad to have worked on it.
I wanted to make another Nightmare theme, but since Celestia is involved in this one, I wanted the song to have a "heavier" feel to it.
I always felt like Nightmare Moon deserved a lighter yet darker theme while Celestia merits a heavy, yet brighter theme.
You won't hear very much brightness, but....
Perhaps some Former Friends will recall one's time from somewhere far away, perhaps...
