Hi Guys,

I just wanted to share the instrumental version of this new song I've been working on.
This one will get vocals in the future but it will take some time till I can get them done.

I also wanted to let you know why this whole vocal stuff takes a lot longer then I intended. Basically I used a completely messed up technique for screams / growls / whatever and when I tried to record vocals for "We are the night" I f*cked up my voice to a point that I had troubles speaking for two weeks...
Luckily I realized that I was doing things wrong, so I started to look up how it's done properly and now I have to learn this the right way and that might take some more time :/

Anyway, this song is another one on my list of vocal songs, it might sound a bit "empty" for now, but will change once it's completely finished :)

So the idea of the song is something I wanted to make for some time, it's a song based on King Sombra's backstory, as it was shown in the IDW Comic series "Fiendship is Magic".
IDW made a five part comic series based on the background stories of the villains of FIM so far. Sombra's comic was the first one and I liked that one the most. But I'm also thinking about making songs about the other 4 too, but I'm not quite sure yet.

So yeah, I hope you guy enjoy this new song, even though it's lacking vocals and I'm lokking forward to your feedback :D
